This gem of a lodge boasts a fabulous location surrounded by beautiful nature, providing fresh air and stunning views. the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. the rooms are sparkling clean and comfortable, especially the heavenly beds. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and prepared to guests' individual needs and wishes. And let's not forget the swimming pool, a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Paying extra fees for credit cards feels a bit inappropriate.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a lovely view of the mountain and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. the location was ideal, as it was close to several attractions and activities, making it easy to go out and explore. the food served at the hotel was of great quality and there were plenty of options to choose from.

the rooms were small and cramped, making it difficult to move around and relax.

Best aspects include the friendly and cute staff, delicious breakfast with fresh bread and crepes, and the amazing mountain views from the restaurant terrace. The room was also spacious and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and the location surrounded by coffee gardens added to the overall enjoyable experience.

Nothing to dislike.

The view of the mountains from the room was exceptional, and the greenery around the hotel was pleasing. The staff was amiable and very polite with great communication skills. The food was delightful, and the breakfast menu was just perfect.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was slow and irritating, especially when trying to refresh your social media pages. The temperature in the room was unbearable, and the air conditioning was not working.
